Could this be implantation?

the last week i’ve experienced nausea, headaches, nipple tenderness, pain in hip when walking, lower backache, fatigue off and on and cramping. today i’m 13dpo according to this app, but 10dpo according to Flo. my period is supposed to start today or tomorrow, but i’m now experiencing cramping and when i went to wipe i saw this. i’m really hoping this isn’t my period💔. has anyone else dealt with this?
