Stomach upset 1st trimester

Anybody else experienced diarrhoea at around 5/6 weeks of pregnancy and continued on to deliver a healthy baby?

Apologies if it’s tmi but it’s only the first bm of the day, so it’s not like I’m running to the bathroom every two seconds all day long. It’s once and then nothing for the rest of the day.

I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks last year and the same thing happened, my doctor asked if I had any diarrhoea and said it is a sign of miscarriage so I’m heartbroken to think it’s going to happen again.

EDIT - I’ve been running to the loo every half hour for the last few hours…am I miscarrying? 😢
