Spotting day 3

I’ve been spotting like this for 3 days. My breast are sore and I’m nauseous. Yesterday I was having mild abdominal cramps. I have no idea if or when I ovulated I took ovulation test and they were negative. My period is due today but nothing still. Could it be pregnancy. I took a test yesterday and it was negative. Period was 1/5-1/9
