Ovulation pains and endometriosis

Hi ladies.

I’m new to this group as well as being a newly diagnosed person with endometriosis. I got diagnosed last year and there has been something I’ve been dealing with for the last four years.

Every month a week or two after my period , I’ve been having fallopian tube pain as well as bleeding that looks dark brown/red.

The pain is awful and lasts up until my next period. It feels like a constant cramp on my right side and my fallopian tube feels swollen to the touch.

Has anyone dealt with this before with endometriosis? I also have had fluid in my fallopian tubes in the past that ended up resolved after a few weeks.
