14 weeks and bloated?

Anyone else 14 weeks and their upper abs are so bloated and sore like you've done lots of crunches and it gives you a big swollen upper stomach?

Well I'm 14 weeks and bloated down lower so much now that I'm uncomfortable sitting up in some positions... Like if I'm kinda slouched over its really uncomfortable.
