letrozole opk plan help pls

Hello,

Before I say more- I will ask my doctor, but would love to hear from anyone with a similar experience/had been through this.

I have been taking a low dose of Letrozole (I did it last month and trying again this month). I went to my doctor who checked via ultrasound for follicles, then said to take the Ovitrelle shot in three days. The next day after that appointment I did the opk test and got a positive and I had not held the pee for very long (maybe almost 2 hours actually)

Messaged doctor he said to take the Ovitrelle the next day if i had more than one follicle (I was confused by this- why if more than one btw?). Anyway, I woke up and did another opk to see where I am at and got a negative... now what to do? Has it happened already? Should I still do the shot? We did manage a BD before I did the opk test at least. 🙏🏼
