Enamel Hypoplasia

Has anyone gone through enamel hypoplasia with their kids? My son is 3 and his 2 year molars have significant signs and one canine has a spot. I’ve been googling like crazy for days and it’s scaring me. I don’t want this to affect his adult teeth or the rest of his teeth but I don’t know what I can do to stop this. He has his checkup next month but they mentioned Silver Diamine Fluoride at his last appointment which will permanently stain the affected teeth black which I do not want to do AT ALL.

Can anyone share their experience?
