Confused!! PCOS? Faulty Tests?

I am starting to think I have PCOS or faulty tests. LH tests have been positive for over a 2 weeks. My period is like 28 days late. pregnancy tests are BFN. Thoughts?? Anyone? I am going crazy. My cycle is always irregular, but it was going good since November until this one.
