Am I pregnant again so soon?

Found out I was pregnant December 9, 2024, went to my 8 week appointment and found out baby stop growing at 6 weeks with no hb. Doc made me wait a week to do a repeat ultrasound, results were the same. January 24, 2025, I had a d&c performed. Doctor told me to wait two weeks before being active again, we did. However we did slip up & didnt pull out once that week. Now here we are February 18, 2025 and my initial pregnancy symptom of tingly nipples is happening again, I tried to ignore it but its pretty obvious. I also started the pill a little over a week ago, however today I purchased a test and its slightly positive, there’s a line for sure just very faint. Im sooo confused as to is it left over hormones or is this new. All my pregnancy symptoms from the last pregnancy were gone and ultimately i was feeling like myself again, until now. Im sooo lost & worried as I decided I wanted to wait awhile before trying again and not knowing it can happen so soon after until i read up on it today😩
