Kidney infection

I’m wondering how to distinguish between normal back pain and kidney infection pain. I have a pretty painful UTI and I started on Cephalexin yesterday morning, but my pelvic/bladder pain is still pretty bad (eye-watering type of pain while peeing). My urine is still cloudy with blood. I woke up this morning with really bad pain in my back (on the sides of my back where the bottom of my rib cage is). Both sides are sore, the right side is a bit worse. But, I don’t have a fever. But I also never tend to have fevers unless I have a viral infection (rather than bacterial).

I feel really rubbish today and I’m home on my own, so I don’t want to have to drive myself to Urgent Care if the pain in my back is most likely muscular.
