I'm 29 weeks pregnant. For the past hour, hour and a half maybe, my stomach has been tightening up to where it's hard (my boyfriend said it felt like a knot down lower in my belly) and then it releases and it's soft feeling again. Earlier I had a bit of mucus come out while I was using the restroom. I don't know if this is Braxton Hicks contractions or actual contractions. All I know is I'm uncomfortable and I'm feeling a little bit of pressure down low, and the stomach tightening.
