Low sex drive

I definitely feel like I have a low sex drive and I don’t know why. My fiance is SUPER cool about it and never pressures me or makes me feel bad. It’s not like we NEVER have sex I just don’t think we have it as much as normal people want it. Most of the time I do it just because I feel like it’s been so long and that he might want it. But when I told him that he got upset and told me not to do that because he wants me to do it when I want to.

Reasonings to a low sex drive?

I was raped when I was 15 and my therapist seems to think that’s the reason. It’s not like I don’t enjoy sex tho it’s just I don’t really ever think about it until it’s actively happening.
