Pregnant and coughed up a small amount of blood

So I just threw up (morning sickness) and I also am getting over a cold so I have a bit of a cough and I coughed out some phlegm and it had a small amount of brigh lt red blood in it, should I be worried? Or could it just be from throwing up and then coughing too hard?
