Bleeding? Brown??

I’m 7 weeks pregnant and I’ve been on and off getting brown discharge and bits like the picture coming out of me. I’m cramping badly and did loose what looked like a clot the other day but then bleeding stopped and started getting this again🥲 I genuinely am in pain, does this look like I’m miscarrying?
