58 days late

Hi I’m 58 days late on my period I’m on mounjaro I have PCOS I have been trying for 3 years for a baby im under fertility clinic see the Dr in April I’m over weight and trying to lose weight I’ve lost 2& half stone since starting mounjaro my heavy bleeding stopped cos I had that for two years irregular constant heavy bleeding. But now I haven’t had 3 periods all tests negative my boobs r hurts sooo much I can’t wear a bra but negative tests any advice cos the doctors wont do nothing tell me to wait till fertility clinic app :(
