Loss & when to try again

Im 38 and just miscarried (well still in the process of jt but took the pills to push it along last Friday). I had a chemical pregnancy in 2018 in between my two children but it happened quickly and on its own. This baby stopped growing at 6 weeks and my body didn’t start the process until 10w4d. So it was a huge surprise for us at our appt. Just curious for those who have had a loss like this… how soon after were you able to conceive? I’m hoping to try as soon as we are allowed to. With my chemical pregnancy o had one cycle in between and then conceived my son easily.
