4wks 6days Vaginal bleeding

I found out I was pregnant again last week today I started to have light spotting and it started going red I got worried and went to the ER and put on a panty liner just to see what’s going on .. my HCG was 345 which they said that’s a normal range I got a vaginal ultrasound which just showed a gestational sack since it’s so early , I’m on progesterone suppositories since finding out and honestly wonder if I am going to have another miscarriage but since it’s so early all I can do is wait for another blood draw in a few days to see if it’s going to progess or if I’m going to miscarry has anyone had this happen before I’m use to being told I am having a loss so just wondering has my mind going crazy my last pregnancy on progesterone I went full term but prior all were miscarriages when I wiped just now it’s no red vvvv light pink now so idk I’m going to try not to get my hopes up because I know how this goes hope you ladies have some uplifting stories
