Can being sick delay period?

Period is 2 days late according to flo, 5 days late according to glow and my period has yet to show ive been getting BFN all week since ive been feeling sick but i have no fever went to the doctor and no flu covid or strep so im not sure what im sick from or whats going on has this happened to anybody?

You are late due to late or no ovulation has occurred how did you track ovulation

If you were sick around the time you were supposed to ovulate then yes but it seems like you had already ovulated later than normal
