Two back to back losses - treatment?

Hello all.

I had been thinking and talking to my husband about our TTC journey and possible treatment. We don’t have a hard time getting pregnant at all, but have lost our 3rd and 4th pregnancies back to back. So we have two children, then lost two.

I was wondering, will they work a little harder to look at some treatment for this? Not in the way of getting pregnant, but more so afterwards. I notice that they seem to not even want to *talk* to you until you’re 8 weeks + but I have health conditions that put me high risk for miscarriage and clearly now have had two back to back.

Is it reasonable to demand earlier testing, like for thyroid, progesterone, etc. to see if any of those drop and can be treated to hopefully keep the pregnancy? In the past they’ve been incredibly resistent to this.
