Painful bubble/bump near clitoris, any help is appreciated

I’ve posted about this before on my profile, I still haven’t seen a gynecologist since I’ve been traveling so much. It’s very painful. It comes and goes. It feels like a bubble filled with liquid or air? It’s on a vein of sorts. I can’t tell. I drew a red oval where it is located. I can’t find anything on the internet about it and I’m still being affected by this stupid bubble. Please any help or comments, let me know.

I don’t think it’s a bartholin’s cyst since it’s not located typically where it is.

It comes and goes, usually grows when my period is about to start. Sometimes it can be triggered by sex. It literally bulges out of the skin.
