What helps with migraines?  I nearly passed out a little over a week ago, and since then I've been having a lot of dizziness and headaches.   My dr did have me go to the er, but they couldn't find why I almost passed out.  It was pretty bad, I'm not sure why I didn't actually faint.   I can't follow up with my dr till end of month, she wants to see me sooner but she has nothing available.   My regular appointment 1/28 is when I go back.  My headaches haven't been bad at all until this happened.  I have a strong feeling I may end up back there before the weekend is over because my head hurts like hell again, almost how it felt right before I almost fainted.  Tylenol doesn't do shit! So, can anyone recommend anything that will help at all?  Thanks.
