Irregular periods ...when to be concerned

Ok I'm 31 years old and I'm 7 months postpartum

And the past 2 months my periods have been late

What does thyroids have to do with your menstrual cycle

And what does a doctor do to check and what would a doctor prescribe you ??just curious ?

How would you know if you have hormonal

Imbalance?

What is usually prescribed to help with hormonal imbalances?

Could I possibly be exspierceing menopause?

Could I just be stressing I do have 4 kids but my 2 youngest kids are 2ys and 7 months

However during my last pregnancy I was taking metformin and labathol but I've stopped taking thos medications 6 months ago .

During my last 2 cycles I've had headaches and felt dehydrated along with up and down mood swings and also feeling tired after sleeping
