Are you measuring 7 weeks? I was 7 weeks and wasn’t measuring 7 weeks but 6 weeks 3 days and it was 121. Usually it is within the norm for gestational age. As long as it is not under 90 I believe it is. I would not worry too much unless your dr has said that this is too low. Do you go in for another scan soon?

According to Google ‘normal fetal heartbeat by gestational age’ that would not fall into the ‘normal’ category.
