Trying to stay positive

I have been having positive pregnancy test for two weeks now. I should be around 5 or 6 weeks I’m honestly not sure due to having irregular cycles but what I do know is my Hcg was 7 when I went to the hospital due to bleeding on March 7 I just knew my test would show negative but no more positive. Went for a scan yesterday and they saw nothing in my uterus . I’m honestly afraid this is going to turn out so bad . I’m trying to advocate for myself before this turns into something irreversible but all they keep saying is if you’re not in pain or bleeding just wait . Why would I have for something to go wrong when I’m clearly asking for help now. If something is wrong I want to catch early . My feelings are valid and I just don’t feel heard ! Test from yesterday
