Implantation bleeding?

I had unprotected s*x on March 14, then about a week later, I use the bathroom and see (dark red) blood on the toilet paper. Ever since, NO blood has actually come out and it’s only been this. I’ve been having nausea and a bit of cramping. I have irregular periods, but if any of u can help please let me know.
