Lord someone gives tips on this constipation 😅😅

I get it with every pregnancy. This is my fourth. But usually I could get it to go away quickly. It’s been a week. N I’m just dropping these damn pebbles. 😭🤣 I’ve taken miralax. Maybe because I’m not taking it with little enough fluids? I’m mixing it into my 24oz drink. Figured it would work the same. But I guess I’m wrong.

Alsoooo. With the 4th pregnancy.. when did you guys feel those first baby flutters? I haven’t been pregnant in 3yrs. And can’t remember what to expect with that. My 2 older girls have been asking. But I can’t seem to remember. 😩
