Tvs at 6w+4d with 2 mm fetal pole and no cardiac activity

Hellow..thrid time pregnant with REGULAR PERIODS (28 days) AND USING LH STRIPS FOR OVULATION(ovulation 12-14 cd)

(1 blighted ovum/1 normal pregnancy)

Here are my hcg results

12 dpo -60

14 dpo -329

My usg was due at 6w+4d amd i was measuring a GS measuring 5w+2 d (11.9mm),yolk sac and a very small fetal pole measuring around 2 mm with no cardiac activity obviously.i had a 27 -28 day cycle and i used lh strips and ovulated around cd 12-13 .

So this does not look promising to me.

My obgyn says it go either ways and called for repeat scan after 7-8 days.

Anyone with similar experience with regular cycles and known dates ?????any positive experience??
