Could this be implantation?

Hello I'm 36 have had my tubes cut, tied, and burned since 2018. I just went to the bathroom and there's a little bit of blood. My period isn't due for 10 more days and according to glow I ovulated Thursday so 5 days ago. While I'm aware pregnancy is unlikely it's not impossible. And my boyfriend and I are very active to the point it's almost daily we have fun unprotected. It's always been if it happens it happens. I'm trying not to get hopeful that I might have a chance for a girl finally lol we both have boys. Could it possibly be a miracle? Or my body just having fun throwing me off? It's too early to test so I guess I'm here trying to figure out what to do lol I put my cup in but I have zero signs of my normal period at all. And my periods are pretty consistent sometimes a day or two late or early but never this early.
