Feeling.. meh

My partner & I have been off & on in the past. We’ve been good for 6 months now.

He bought us trucks last year, a week or so later, I find out he cheated on me (while pregnant, 7-8 months pregnant). Our baby was 3 months old when I found out. So I left. We aren’t married but he expected me to still help him make payments on the TWO vehicles he bought without telling me he was getting TWO 2024 Chevrolet ZR2’s. Mind you, I never even got to drive the trucks. I left a week after he signed his papers. Trucks weren’t in his possession yet.

So I stayed at my mom’s with my kids. We got back together a few months later. Maybe a month or 2. He claims I owe him 3000$ of “back pay” from the trucks. (Car payments & insurance).

I’m not employed, I’m a sahm & in an online college program. I don’t have an income. I live off of child benefit (2200$) which is only once a month lol. He knows I don’t get a biweekly income like him (he gets a little over 6k biweekly) Anyway, I just sent him 1000$ since he keeps putting this stuff on me lol. Oh and he says I have to help him pay off his 40K debt he has. Idk

How he got the debt, he says it was before me & it was higher than 40K. so. 🤷🏽‍♀️ idk. Is this normal to ask of your partner? not married? Lol
