Feeling lost.

On March 19 I started testing positive, dark lines. I started spotting a couple drops of dark blood. I went to the er they said they couldn’t do anything for me since I wasn’t actually bleeding. They did bloodwork and my hcg level was at 141. I went to do my obgyn consultation on April 1 and the nurse said that my pregnancy test was super faint. To get bloodwork again. I tested bloodwork again on April 2 and my hcg level was at 159. I haven’t been able to get an ultrasound since I’m still early in the pregnancy.

Any advice would help.
