Possible Miscarriage 💔

Hi ladies, I am currently 5 weeks pregnant. Last night I went to the ER because I’ve been having cramps and my first OB appointment isn’t until Thursday. I was really worried because In 2021 I had an ectopic pregnancy and I was very worried the same thing was happening. Long story short I don’t have an ectopic pregnancy, but the doctor said that no baby was found that it could either be to early for the ultrasound to see or that I had a miscarriage ( I am not bleeding) and my hcg was pretty low 259 but that he wasn’t to sure what it was. Has anyone gone through some similar and had a positive outcome.
