I have 3 different apps telling me different dpo. Which one should I go by?

No app is 100% accurate or reliable. They all make estimated predictions based on your previously logged cycle info. You’d need to be using OPK’s and/or BBT method. You can log your results into Glow and it should update your calendar accordingly. Knock it down to one app, not multiple! Good luck!

Ovulation typically occurs 12 to 24 hours after your first positive OPK which would have been CD18 if you ovulated 24 hours later you would be 5 dpo (roughly)
