Breastfeeding as birth control
Hey everyone currently 29 weeks pregnant , wanted to know how effective Exclusive breast feeding is as birth control in the first 12 months ? I hate birth control had bad experiences with all of them the depo, implant all sorts of pill and no I won’t consider iud .
