What's the best way to measure what your cervix is like? Finding it difficult to determine what's high ect?

Answer

Simple really. Use your middle finger. Count it in knuckles. One knuckle in is Low,  two knuckles is Medium, and whole finger (sometimes you still can't feel it) is High.

Feeling it. Basically if it feels like the tip of your nose, it's Hard. If it feels like your chin, it's Medium. If it feels like your softly puckered or pursed lips (like a soft pout or a kiss), it's soft.

When it's open, you can slip the tip of a finger into it. Be gentle. It can always feel open, it can always feel closed. It's weird, so this takes practice and time. Closed feels almost like a slit. And open is literally an O.

Usually you can tell when it's pretty wet. Look out for SHOW. (for ovulation). Soft-High-Open-Wet.
