I have been pretty sick these last two days. I am 6 weeks and 3 days along. Any advice?

With my first I used to eat small bites on my favorite chips flakes, 
 Just a little bit when you are hungry but you are nauseous too , so you won't eat a lot of salt.
Also chewing gum helped for sometime. .

With my first i went to drug store on got the bracelet things called sea bands they are for car sickness motion sickness and suck but they helped me and my cousin so much with nausea with our first and verycheap and reusable!
