Skin break out

These dark spots on my face are itchy and they are also on my back too. I’ve never had eczema or any skin issues. I’m not sure what’s going on. Idk if it’s a reaction to something I’m eating or lotion idk or if I have a fungal thing going on. Moisturizers don’t help clear it up. Going to dermatologist Monday
