Pregnant with PCOS

I had a M/C 2/17 this year and had a D&C done, I was so shocked that I even got pregnant with PCOS the first try for #2. Fast forward to today. I haven’t got my period back since since the miscarriage. My HCG took 3 weeks to return to normal. Confirmed via blood test done last week. Welp, did the deed one day 10 days ago and just found out I’m pregnant again today. Part of me of wants to keep testing and testing looking for line progression, seeing how I had perfectly fine line progression and a raising HCG with the previous pregnancy and still had a miscarriage that means nothing to me now.I’m trusting that my body will do the right thing this time. I’m leaving it up to god, if it sticks it sticks. I would have never imagined being able to get pregnant back to back especially with PCOS. My first took rounds of Clomid to conceive.
