False alarm

Idk what happened but I started my period after testing positive at 4 weeks 3 days then I took 2 more this past Saturday and they were negative just for me to have spotting yesterday and start full fledge on my period this morning and was supposed to be 6 weeks 4 days. I feel stupid. Excitement went down hill. I’m glad I didn’t make to big of an announcement and only told certain people. But I still full stupid for even saying anything because it turned out not to be. My scan was supposed to be tomorrow. Smh
