Started bleeding but don’t know what’s happening.

6 weeks, 3 days. Thursday night I had light pink when I wiped but then nothing. I think Friday I noticed some brown and then when I woke up Saturday there was more brown but pretty light. Saturday evening there was significantly more deep red blood (tmi pic in comments). I expected to wake up today (Sunday) with heavier bleeding but it’s a little lighter and a few dime sized clots but not many. I am crampy, it feels like a stomach ache sometimes. Is the heavy bleed to come or is something else going on. I will call the doctor in the morning but my mind is swimming with what the heck is happening!
