Should I be concerned?

Just looking for advice. I’m currently 11weeks 1day. I have a very small SCH and from my last ultrasound at 8w1d I was told it had shrunk a little. My partner and I had intercourse this morning and prior to that I felt like my skin down there was dry and irritated. I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped I saw this and now I’m freaking out. Do you think it’s just irritation? Could it be the SCH? My doc said it was ok to do normal activities. I have no cramping or anything out of the ordinary
