My ovulation pains are lasting longer

Just curious if anyone has any advice.

Just to add I’m very simple as in my periods are around the same time, 28day cycle etc.

Last month I had the flu, badly! During that time I ovulated and it lasted for two days, (the pains).

Normally I ovulate and the pains go away with 6ish hours.

This month also my ovulation pains have lasted nearly two days!! So the last two months my pains have lasted much longer than usual. Not even medicine is helping!!

I’m worried why this is happening, as I said above I’m quite simple the same stuff every month. Just doesn’t feel normal that these pains are lasting for such a longer time then I have done all these years.

If anyone can advise what I should do etc I’d be very grateful
