Blighted Ovum???

I was seen in the ER last night at 6 weeks 2 days and the vaginal ultrasound only showed an empty gestational sac, no yolk sac or embryo yet. I also have a retroverted uterus so it’s common for me to not show much until around 8 weeks pregnant. Has anyone ever been misdiagnosed as having a blighted ovum & gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? Positive outcomes only please. Please don’t comment negative outcomes, though I’m sorry if anyone has walked through that. They want me to repeat the ultrasound in 2 weeks. I have no cramping or bleeding or any sign of miscarriage. HCG & Progesterone are both good levels.
