You shouldn’t use opks after confirmed ovulation, only pregnancy tests. LH fluctuates throughout your cycle and most get a surge or close to prior to period. Did you confirm ovulation?

Would recommend taking a pregnancy test. This could be indicating late ovulation.

Yes, you can have multiple surges in a cycle and it’s coming before the start of a new one.
