45yrs trying to conceive. Worried about age. Any other moms trying to.or have conceived in 40's? What did you do or are doing? Happily welcome advice.

My brother & his wife got pregnant at 45! It was not planned, she was on birth control! It can certainly happen!

Congrats on starting your TTC journey! I strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with your OB to do a “check in” of where your fertility is to make sure you’re moving forward with interventions earlier if you need to. Some health risks for baby with age can be reduced by making healthy choices! Unfortunately, some risks only care about our age and don’t care about our health, so it’s good to be aware of those too.
