What should i take after having a baby with melimelingocele

I was pregnant and we found out that the baby has melimelingocele (spina bifida) … I’m starting taking my meds for a IVF transfer and just wonder what the doctors are prescribing / which vitamins should I take to prevent it

Folic acid/ methylfolate is supposed to lower the chances of spinal bifida. I liked ritual vitamins because they have the methylfolate which everyone should be able to process unlike folic acid that about half of the population isn't able to process correctly.
