I’m not ovulating at all!

I definitely feel I have a hormonal imbalance issue but my OB Not taking me seriously. I was told to keep tracking for ovulation with opk which I have been since last year in July. These last like five months i swear im not ovulating at all. I have no symptoms im not even peaking and the highest test iv gotten is a 81 and that was four months ago. My periods have been very irregular. Iv had multiple vaginal ultrasound done and they tell me everything seems fine. Been tested for PCOS as well as endometriosis don’t have either. So I have no idea what’s going on. And both my sisters are pregnant one who isn’t keeping the pregnancy which I understand this was an accident and she is very afraid of pregnancy and also baby’s. And my other sister who literally lost her other to that she barely ever talks to and hasn’t since in almost three years. I’m just tired of my body not cooperating with me.
