Weightloss

The biggest and the smallest I’ve ever been. However I still see the left picture when looking in the mirror. Left is 193, second is 130. Any tips to love yourself regardless of the number on the scale? I have my days, some I feel good embracing my “rolls” and other days I want to stop eating. I’m very aware they’re mental health issues.. I just haven’t brought myself to go back to therapy. Although I want to do better for my littles, I don’t want them to watch mom hate herself, and think it’s normal. Much love ladies, thank you ❤️

I am aware it’s not the best comparison but it’s all I have, I don’t have many pictures of myself because this exact reasoning.
