Will someone take a look at this?

Im 34 weeks pregnant with an umbilical hernia. Besides that, just this evening i noticed my old piercing scar is purple and i have flat, under the skin purple and red bumps. I assume they are blood blisters. Not raised. Not itchy. I have had tightness from my old belly piercing with a little discoloration, but this different. It is like pulling blood? Is this actually something.i.should worry about? Its 10pm which is why im coming here first.
