Is it possible

Ok so I ended my up getting a visit from my good friend Dave he came fucked up 3 of my nice scrubs bottoms it was a "wonderful" time however for me my cycle has different names for different things like Dave is my period. Anywho shortly after Dave left I started feeling sick like my stomach hurts and I have insomnia again and Im cramping it's crazy well I get sexy fun time with my husband and then the cramps get worse and I spotted a little bit yesterday keep in mind Dave left like 3 days ago so I shouldn't be ovulating yet like I haven't even started testing yet (waiting on Amazon because I forgot to order them last month) is it even possible to get pregnant that fast after your period ends? Or are all these symptoms just in my head I took my backup test yesterday and of course it was a dye run and I don't get more of those for like 3 more weeks. Ahhhh what on earth is happening?
