Cervical cerclage

Has anyone had a cerclage and how did it go? We went for a cervical length ultrasound and consult with specialist and they wanna do one this week! I’m a bit nervous. I’m 16 weeks 5 days and my cervix looks really long and great. However, I have a history of PPROM. All of my babies have been early and all emergency c-sections. This is #4 and the first time it’s been offered to me. Baby girl looks great and healthy! Didn’t get a great pic today but heartbeat was perfect ❤️
